Young Chelsea goalkeeper Sam Walker has today joined U21 team mate Billy Clifford at Colchester United until the end of the season.
Sam is no stranger to loan moves, having just come back from a spell with Bristol Rovers he had previously been at Barnet, Northampton and Yeovil. Sam will be looking to find some good form while on this loan move and try to aim for future loan spells at a higher level.
With goalkeepers it is hard to clubs to take a chance on a young loan goalkeeper but Sam is getting some good experience under his belt and is a very good young keeper.
Both Sam and Billy will be looking to help Colchester improve their position and pick up some results. Sam, i am sure will not be the last Chelsea youngster we see go out on loan this month.
